Splinter Spammer
Came up with this a while back when i was doing urgoz quite a bit with barrage teams. I was getting bored of playing order necro and wanted a role that got a bit more involved. So as splinter weapon got updated i came up with this...

Channeling Magic: 16 (12+4)
Restoration Magic: 5 (4+1)
- Wielder's Zeal [Elite] (Spawning Power)
For 25 seconds, whenever you cast a weapon Spell on an ally, you gain 4 Energy.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:10
- Renewing Memories (Spawning Power)
For 16 seconds, while holding an item, any weapon and item Spells you cast cost 27% less Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:20
- Arcane Echo (Mesmer other)
If you cast a Spell in the next 20 seconds, Arcane Echo is replaced with that Spell for 20 seconds. Arcane Echo ends prematurely if you use a non-Spell skill.
Energy:15 Cast:2 Recharge:30
- Splinter Weapon (Channeling Magic)
For 63 seconds, target ally has a Splinter Weapon. Target ally's next successful attack deals 53 damage to all adjacent foes.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:5
- Nightmare Weapon (Channeling Magic)
For 12 seconds, target ally has a Nightmare Weapon. Target ally's next successful attack is reduced by 53 damage and steals up to 53 Health.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:10
- Wailing Weapon (Channeling Magic)
For 11 seconds, target ally has a Wailing Weapon. Whenever the Wailing Weapon strikes an attacking foe, that foe is interrupted.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:25
- Protective Was Kaolai (Restoration Magic)
Hold Kaolai's ashes for up to 15...51 seconds. While you hold his ashes, you gain 24 armor. When you drop Kaolai's ashes, your party is healed for 10...85.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:20
- Flesh of my Flesh (Restoration Magic)
Lose half of your Health. Resurrect target ally with your current Health and 10% Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:5 Recharge:0

Using both Wielders Zeal and Renewing Memories all the weapon skills cost 4 energy and give back 4 energy each time they're cast, effectively making them free and spammable.
In my testing additional to keeping the 4 rangers with weapon spells on them, i could keep the 4 pets going too (splinter pets amused me).
